Meet the Cubmaster

Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 3!

My name is Michael Graul, and I have had the honor of serving as Cubmaster of Pack 3 since 2024. I started this pack as a way to help youth develop a love for the outdoors while giving back to our community.

I have been involved in Scouting since I was a Tiger Cub and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Through my Scouting journey, I have gained many experiences and developed many interests that I enjoy sharing with others. I believe Scouting helps youth grow through adventure, friendship, leadership, and service.

Outside of Scouting, I am a mental health therapist, and I believe in creating a safe and encouraging environment where young people can learn, grow, and discover their potential.

At Pack 3, we believe that Scouting is a family experience. Parents, guardians, and families play an important role in helping our Scouts succeed. Whether you are new to Scouting or have been involved for years, we welcome you to join our Pack.
